Xiaogang Zhu
Xiaogang Zhu has had a passion for fine art since his childhood. He studied art & design during his college education in China, later becoming a graphic & textile designer. Before coming to the United States in 1989, he worked as an art professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He earned his Master's Degree in painting at Radford University in Virginia 1991. Since then, he's enjoyed a career as a professional artist.
Xiaogang is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society. He has won numerous awards including the High Wing Medal from the American Watercolor Society, First Place in Landscape Paintings in The Artist's Magazine Annual Art Competition, and an award from the Oil Painters of America.
