For those interested in submitting work for review by our jury, please follow the guidelines described on our Gallery Submission Guidelines page.
- Handmade Item Policy -
Please know, items sold by Childhood's End Gallery are handmade; there is always the potential for slight variation in color, size, pattern, form, and/or any other physical characteristic from the photos. This is not a flaw in the item. If an item(s) is noticably different from the photos provided, customers will be contacted prior to shipping. If you receive an item that has a slight variation from the photos, and are unsatified due to the variation, please see our return policy below for further details.
Our inventory of items changes daily, and as such, items listed as available online, may have already been sold. We do our best to maintain accuarte website inventory, and apologize for any invconvienence.
- Gift Wrapping Policy -
In-store purchases are eligible for free gift wrapping on any item $35 or over; on items below this limit, it is an additional $3 per item. Online purchases are gift wrapped provided it does not change shipping cost, or if it would create a less-safe shipping sitaution. If you require gift wrapping, and/or have special requests, please describe those requests in the dialogue box upon checkout.
- Layaway Policy -
Layaway is available for no extra service fee. A 25% initial deposit is required. Thereafter, minimum payments of 25% for items under $250, and 20% for items over $250 are owed. Statements are mailed monthly and payments are due by the 20th of each month. If two payments are missed, the item(s) will be returned to stock and the deposit, and all payments, will be forfeited unless prior arrangements are made with the gallery.
- Multiple Items Policy-
If you wish to order multiples of any piece, please contact the gallery so that we may contact the makers. Please know, there is the potential for variation between handmade items.
- Shipping Policy -
Due to the varied nature of the items we sell, shipping costs are calcuated after we receive an order. If actual costs diverge from website estimates by over 15%, you will be contacted after submitting your order to confirm shipping options.
All shipments are professionally packed and insured.
Shipping is through USPS, UPS and FedEx.
DHL is available for international shipments only.
We ship domestically and internationally, typically within one to two days of receiving an order. Shipments are sent from our retail location in Olympia, WA.
- Online Return Policy -
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Notify us at info@childhood-end-gallery.com prior to returning.
Items must be well packed and insured for their value.
We are not responsible for broken or lost items.
Your return will be processed when received in the original, unused condition with a copy of the invoice.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
